As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment goals
  • Provide one-on-one adaptive skills training to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment goals
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking Requirements
  • Experience working with children or adult in the home setting
  • Knowledge of working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to intervene when clients exhibit maladaptive behavior
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals and their families
  • Proficiency in behavioral health practices and techniques
  • Training or certification in behavioral therapy is a plus
