We provide exclusively in-home services, allowing our clinicians to deliver individualized care in the environments where children learn and grow best. About the Role As a BCBA serving families in the Bay area, you will: Lead and mentor RBTs Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate regularly with teammates Support families through parent training Maintain high ethical and clinical standards

Compensation Base Salary:

$80,000 per year

Work Expectation:

70 total hours per biweekly pay period (up to 20 non-billable) Bonus Structure (Paid in Addition to Base Salary) Earn $50 per hour for every hour worked over 70 hours in a pay period. Bonuses are paid on top of your annual salary. This structure allows motivated clinicians to significantly increase their income during higher-demand periods while maintaining a strong salary foundation. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field Active BCBA Certification Strong time management and independent scheduling skills Experience in in-home settings preferred Understanding of CPT codes is a plus Ready to Make an Impact?
