As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Available schedule options include:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm is preferred but not required Qualifications What We're Looking For Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children Strong communication skills with both children and caregivers Sound judgment in dynamic situations A desire for a meaningful, hands-on career Experience working with children is a plus, including backgrounds such as camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer—but all applicants are welcome. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Active or Inactive RBT Certification or 40 Hour ABA Certification A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism Comfort using tablet-based technology Availability during times most needed by families Commitment to completing our paid Training for ACES policies and procedures
