• 23/hr | Full-time / Part-time Amaris Center is a licensed adult day program in El Cajon serving adults with developmental disabilities. We are hiring a DSP/RBT to support our consumers in building the work maturity and employment skills they need to thrive in the community. This is a Monday-Friday, 7 a.m
• 3 p.

m. position with no weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support consumers at our facility and community employment sites Mon-Fri
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Collect daily behavior and skill acquisition data accurately
• Provide prompts, feedback, and reinforcement aligned to each consumer's individual program
• Complete daily progress notes and service documentation per Title 17/22 standards
• Assist with personal care needs professionally and respectfully when needed
• Maintain safety at all times in facility and community settings
• Participate in behavior team meetings and ongoing staff training

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Strong written documentation skills

PREFERRED

• Active RBT credential (BACB)
• Experience with ABA data collection and behavior support programs
• Experience with dual diagnosis populations
• Familiarity with Regional Center, DDS, or SDRC systems
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Monday-Friday (no weekends)
• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• $19.00
• 22.

00 per hour, depending on experience
