Job Summary Job Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of the Director of Psychological Services, or designee, District BCBA, or School Psychologist. The RBT provides direct behavioral support to students and staff in a variety of classroom settings implementing behavior intervention/support plans and teaching direct prosocial skills that will improve the student's ability to access the learning environment, assisting certificated teachers and Instructional Assistants in reinforcing instruction, and performing a variety of clerical duties in support of classroom activities. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services and collection of data. View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician Certification Must pass the general knowledge exam (waived if applicant has 48 college credits). Minimum of Associate degree or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must maintain current Safety Care certification Registered Behavior Technician Certification required Certificate Copy (Registered Behavior Certificate) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation written within the last year, 1 must be from current employer) Resume Requirements / Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician Certification Must pass the general knowledge exam (waived if applicant has 48 college credits).
