Founded and led by experienced BCBAs, we've been dedicated to making positive impacts in the lives of individuals facing developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges for over a decade. Behavior Technicians work closely with clients, typically in their homes, implementing personalized treatment plans with guidance and support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They play a crucial role in their clients' support system, encouraging them to overcome challenges and develop new skills through evidence-based interventions.

Your responsibilities include:

Delivering one-on-one therapy to clients. Supporting clients as they learn new behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills. Collecting data on client behaviors and progress according to their treatment plan. Assisting in training caregivers on the implementation of treatment plans. Collaborating with BCBAs and caregivers to ensure ongoing support and care for our clients. To join our team, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with developmental disabilities. Preferably, experience or training in ABA techniques. Strong oral and written communication skills. Reliable transportation.
