In this role, you will both directly implement treatment and supervise RBTs implementing interventions. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by designing individualized treatment plans, training caregivers, and ensuring children are making progress. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing agency with potential for supervision and managerial roles if desired while also being able to remain in a part time role if that suits your current needs. The addition of this BCBA role will greatly allow Clearwater to grow and make an impact in the lives of more and more families in the north county San Diego area. Responsibilities Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each individual's needs, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and natural play based interventions.. Conduct developmental and behavior assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies and goals. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children autism or developmental delays, ensuring engaging and effective sessions. Provide supervision and quality assurance for RBT level staff Collaborate with families, caregivers and team members to promote consistency across settings Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential with at At least three years of experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical records management and medical documentation practices. Ability to perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and other stakeholders. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Additional Information Reimburse $500 annual for CEUs Vehicle reimbursement per shift in Valley Center location in addition to .75/mile for travel between clients Clients available in Oceanside, Fallbrook, Vista and Valley Center with varying morning or afternoon availability and amounts of current intervention.
