This role is an opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact by helping students overcome behavioral barriers to learning while supporting teachers and staff with effective, research-based strategies. As a Waldorf-inspired charter school, we value a whole-child approach, and we are looking for a BCBA who can balance data-driven practices with relationship-centered support. Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and instructional staff
  • Support IEP and 504 teams with behavior goals and interventions
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies to support student success
  • Collaborate with families and outside service providers
  • Provide training and guidance on positive behavior supports and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
  • Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations Skills & Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time role
