Lead Behavior Technician - Experience Required

This is an entry-level role within the ABA field, and we provide training to help you succeed. However, candidates must have prior experience working with children. The responsibilities of Lead Behavior Technicians encompass various tasks, including: Assisting with in field new hire training Implementing function-based behavior plans Implementing PRT Implementing BST Employing intensive ABA teaching methods Providing community-based instruction Teaching functional life skills Offering services in homes, communities, or school settings. The role may also involve physical activities like lifting, kneeling, and bending.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in college and majoring in psychology or related field. Minimum age of 18 years. 6+ months of ABA experience or equivalent paid or volunteer work with children Ability to assist patients and lift up to 30 pounds. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Valid US Work authorization. Drivers license

Travel:

The Lead Behavior Technician role involves fieldwork and frequent travel within the designated region to various clients. The ideal candidate should have a dependable mode of transportation. Our cases are primarily in the Inland Empire region, including Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana.
