In-Home Service - San Jose, Pleasanton, San Roman, Fremont and other cities in Bay Area.

ABA Job Description:
Implement the behavioral treatment plan and work 1:1 with patients on social skills, independent skills, and other essential skills, as well as reduction of problematic behaviors. Assist in designing activities and restructuring environment to support patient's positive behaviors (e.g. on-task behaviors, socially appropriate behaviors). Collect data as prescribed by each lesson plan. Complete daily session note. Communicate openly with clinical supervisor and Behavior Analyst (BCBAs), and follow through any feedback given. Support monitoring patient's progress by testing/probing their skills acquisition status, reporting student behaviors, etc.
What We Are Looking For :
Have Registered Behavior Technician Certificate Have availability at least 10 hours/week from 3 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Sunday Previous experience working with children Minimal High school diploma required Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver's license, auto registration and auto insurance US work authorization Proof of immunization records and TB required Clear background check (Star Future will assist in getting the needed clearances) Verifiable work references Ability to actively play with kids, and to stand, walk, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, and lift 50 lbs Attend diligently to the safety of the patient and yourself Star Future supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer Office Location 6785 Sierra Ct, suite A, Dublin, CA 94568
