Job Description
Join a small, clinician-owned ABA practice where you'll know your BCBA personally, receive regular mentorship, and have a voice in how services are delivered. We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children under the supervision of a BCBA/Clinical Director. This position involves implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, collecting data, and supporting skill development in the home setting. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA Collect accurate data during therapy sessions Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA Maintain professional and supportive relationships with families Requirements High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous ABA, Behavior Technician, or special needs program experience required RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check What we offer: Quarterly performance bonuses!
