Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time Afternoon Schedule → Full-Time Opportunity $25-$28 per hour | Paid Training | Drive Time +
Mileage Reimbursement Locations:
Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward Make a meaningful impact in a child's life - while building a long-term career in ABA. Community Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time cases with a clear pathway to a full-time schedule as additional hours are added.   • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and independence
  • Collect accurate session data using our clinical technology systems
  • Collaborate with families and clinical leaders to deliver high-quality, ethical care Training & Clinical Support
  • Paid onboarding and clinical orientation
  • Ongoing supervision by BCBAs in accordance with BACB requirements
  • Access to continued learning, feedback, and mentorship
  • Strong clinical infrastructure focused on quality and clinician support
Schedule & Service Areas Schedule:
  • Part-time (12:00-7:00 PM)
  • Opportunity to expand into afternoons and build a full-time schedule
Service Areas:
Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Ability to pass background check and employment screenings
