Job Description

Job Summary:
Must have 2 or more years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or a Bachelor's Degree. Must have experience conducting care provider training and working with special needs populations. If you don't have this experience, please don't apply. Have bachelor's degree in relevant field (Psychology, Speech, Education). We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a Behavior Consultant, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities and their care providers to provide guidance and support. Your role will involve data collection, patient assessment, and the implementation of behavioral therapy techniques. Must have 2 or more years of experience in applied behavior analysis as well as a Bachelor's degree or higher. Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance available for full time staff (120 or more hours per month) 401K with 3% matching available for full time staff. Pay will be performance based with objective rating scale. Work laptop available. Differential pay for bilingual consultants (Spanish/Hmong).
Duties:
  • Collect data, graphing
  • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to individuals, focusing on skill development and behavior management
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment strategies
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education)
  • 2 or more years experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with ABA terminology and documentation practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
