It's led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA known for her radical candor, loyalty to her team, and relentless push for ethical, client-centered care. We serve clients across the lifespan with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults navigating complex needs like autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. At CABA, you're not flying solo. You'll have access to the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real-time, executive-level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Base salary:
$82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000 Professional Development Funds to maintain BACB certification Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required). While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.
