We specialize in fostering an environment where individuals can achieve meaningful outcomes through effective behavioral interventions. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at providing quality behavior analytic services in a Adult Residential Facility (ARF). Responsibilities The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavior analytic services to individuals living in an (ARF), ensuring that each person receives tailored, evidence-based interventions that meet their unique needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work directly with residents to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify areas of support and behavioral needs Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and individual emergency intervention plans (IEIP) Provide one-on-one training and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and staff. Monitor and assess the progress of interventions, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes, conservators, medical professionals, and others. Offer support and guidance in crisis management and de-escalation techniques Provide training and educational workshops to staff on behavioral techniques and best practices Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of behavior data and progress reports Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience in working with adults in the DDMI population Experience with providing behavior analytic service as a BCBA for a minimum of 2-years required Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention planning (BIP) Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work with diverse populations and individuals with varying degrees of intellectual and developmental disabilities Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals CPR/First aid/AED certification, valid within 1 year (Preferred-not required at time of application) CPI Certification (Preferred-not required at time of application) All opportunities at BFG are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, two-step PPD test for Tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, DDS approval for the position of qualified behavior modification profession (QBMP), excluding party sanctions, and degree or license/certification verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver's license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
