Job Description

Behavior Technician - School-Based | Glendale, CA Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children every day while enjoying a school-based schedule with weekends and holidays off. We are currently hiring a Behavior Technician to support students in school settings in Glendale, CA. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who want consistent hours, weekly pay, and strong clinical support.

What You'll Do:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
  • Collect and document data on progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and clinical supervisors
  • Support learners across a variety of age ranges
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA or behavioral experience
  • Experience working with individuals of all ages
  • RBT certification preferred
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
