In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy initiatives, develop individualized treatment plans, and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in patient care through data-driven strategies and compassionate intervention. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adults by applying evidence-based practices in behavioral health and special education settings. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on therapeutic techniques and data collection methods Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards Facilitate intake assessments for new clients to establish personalized care plans tailored to each individual's goals Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant credentials Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies Proficiency in data collection tools, medical terminology, and electronic health records management Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and secure handling of medical records Join us in transforming lives through innovative behavioral health services!
