About the Role We're looking for an RBT II (Developing Clinician) who is ready to step into a more meaningful role in ABA. You already know the basics. Now you're ready to: Think more critically Grow your clinical voice Be part of something intentional This is not a "just run programs and go home" type of job. What Makes This Role Different Here, you won't just collect hours—you'll build a career. In this role, you will: Work closely with a BCBA who provides real mentorship (not just signatures) Gain exposure to program development and clinical decision-making Start building your professional portfolio Be supported in your path toward BCBA or leadership roles What You'll Be Doing Run structured, engaging ABA sessions with increasing independence Implement programs with strong clinical integrity Collect meaningful, accurate data (not just checking boxes) Identify patterns in behavior and communicate them clearly Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with families in a way that is respectful, supportive, and real RBT II-Level Responsibilities Assist with program modifications under BCBA guidance Support generalization across settings (home, community, etc.) Contribute to session planning and material prep Participate in parent collaboration by modeling strategies Problem-solve in the moment with growing independence Who You Are Certified RBT ( required ) At least 1 year of ABA experience (or strong equivalent) Reliable, communicative, and professional Open to feedback—and actually applies it Someone who cares about doing this work well , not just getting through the session Who This Is NOT For This is not the right fit if you: Are only looking for supervision hours Prefer minimal feedback or direction Want a low-effort, clock-in/clock-out role Growth & Opportunities You'll be part of a structured path: RBT I → RBT II → Lead RBT We actively support your growth through: Mentorship and supervision Resume and portfolio development Exposure to higher-level clinical work Opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow Our Commitment to You We don't expect commitment without giving it.
