The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and their families to implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA). This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health and special education. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based ABA therapy techniques tailored to each client's needs. Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress. Support clients during therapeutic activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and educators, to optimize care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical records and sensitive information. Document all sessions, progress notes, and relevant medical documentation thoroughly and accurately. Participate in ongoing training. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified, or changed at any time at Shine Bright Network discretion. Requirements High School diploma Valid California Driver's License Reliable transportation & auto insurance required Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, special education, or working with children with developmental disabilities preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Ability to work patiently and compassionately with children and families in a clinical setting.
