Position:
Behavior Interventionist Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress. Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Qualifications High School Diploma - REQUIRED Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass the TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Hiring Locations We are currently hiring throughout San Fernando County and Los Angeles County, including but not limited to: Los Angeles, Compton, Canoga Park, Commerce, Cudahy, Glendale, Inglewood, Long Beach, Northridge, North Hollywood, Pacoima, Pomona, and San Pedro.
