Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district in the Lennox, California area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students, collaborating with educators, and implementing effective behavioral strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Train and support staff on behavior strategies and data collection
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Range:
$55-$65 per hour (based on experience, education, and interview performance)
