We're currently looking for a BCBA who is interested in leading a small team of BT/RBTS in their region. We're looking for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and grow within the company

Orange County, California Perks Assist with building 40-hour training / training new hiresSmall Caseloads for healthy work life balanceRegular check-ins with BTs/RBTsProvide fieldwork supervision for BCBA Candidates Opportunities for growthDedicated AdminClinical Autonomy Job Description As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from 2-23 years old) and developing treatment plans to support their behavioral health needs .
Duties:
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provides frequent and quality supervision for RBTs/BTs
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
  • Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques
  • Strong understanding of medical records and documentation
