What We Offer:
Salary:
$23-27 per hour depending on qualifications Paid initial and ongoing certification to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) BCBA supervision if enrolled in a Master's program in ABA Paid ongoing training, drive time, & mileage reimbursement Company email address Retention bonus in 6-months increments (Subject to meeting performance criteria) Average of 15-25 hours per week Mentorship opportunity from a doctoral-level BCBA Career growth opportunity A supportive and collaborative work environment Areas Served (all sessions are completed in clients' homes):

Part time with a potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits
What We Expect From You:
Conduct 1:1 ABA sessions or Adaptive Skills Training sessions with assigned clients (in-home or clinic) Safely drive to and from the clients' homes and communities Collect accurate data on an iPad application (provided by the company) Timely submission of timesheet Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism Maintain high attendance Complete other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Reliable transportation (valid driver's license, auto insurance) Passing background check (FBI & DOJ) Passing TB test clearance Residing within the surrounding areas Willingness to learn the science of ABA Experience working with children Energetic and enthusiastic attitude Ability to take and implement constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
RBT certification At least 1 year experience working with
CHILDREN
on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities At least 1 year experience working with ADULTS on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities At least some college courses in related areas (e.g., psychology, child development, education, etc.)
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
Enrolled, or intention to enroll in Master's program in ABA to pursue a BCBA certification Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is very highly preferred (conversational is ok!)
