As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Responsibilities Work effectively in home settings while adapting strategies to each environment Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team members Participate in required training sessions, team meetings and supervision hours Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standards Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Ability to work 10

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Must pass a criminal background check, take a TB test, and show proof of required vaccinations during our onboarding.
