  • BCBA Job Type Contract We're partnering with a supportive local school district to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This role will support high school and post-secondary students while collaborating closely with special education teams and school staff across multiple campuses. Position Details

    8 am
  • 4 pm M
  • F Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff and families
  • Monitor student progress and behavioral data
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across campuses
  • May supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • California experience preferred
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise RBTs preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
  • Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
    $50
  • 60 per hour depending on experience and district placement Weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment , (470) 784
