Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | 2026-2027 School Year We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity supporting a high school district during the 2026-2027 school year. This itinerant role will provide direct behavioral support across multiple nearby campuses within the district.
Position Overview Hours:
30 hours per week
School Year Dates:
August 5, 2026 - June 3, 2027
Contract:
Full 2026-2027 school year with strong renewal potential

To be determined
Compensation:
$50-$60/hour based on experience Key Responsibilities Provide in-person behavioral support services across district campuses Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and student observations Assist in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Collaborate with district psychologists, administrators, and school teams Support students within high school and Emotionally Disabled (ED) populations Provide consultation and behavioral recommendations to staff as needed Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB required Minimum of 1 year of prior school-based BCBA experience required Experience working with high school-aged students preferred Strong background supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to work within a collaborative district environment while making a direct impact on student success across multiple campuses.
