Job Description

As a Behavior Technician, you'll be more than just "staff" — you'll be a vital part of a collaborative, encouraging, and growth-focused community. $23
  • 27/hr based on experience and credentials.
Clinician-owned and operated Accord Behavior is clinician-owned and operated, which means our leadership understands the day-to-day realities of ABA work and is committed to supporting staff both professionally and personally. We know firsthand the challenges and rewards of working in ABA. Our decisions are guided by what's best for clients and staff, not just the bottom line. What You'll Do Work 1:1 with clients in their home, school, or community setting. Implement individualized ABA programs designed by a BCBA. Collect and record session data using easy-to-use technology. Collaborate with your BCBA and receive regular supervision. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. What Makes This Role Different Paid training
  • No experience? No problem. We'll train you and support you through RBT certification. Weekly BCBA support
  • You'll never feel left on your own. Growth path
  • Opportunities to become a Lead BT or pursue BCBA supervision hours.
Full-time option available for those seeking more hours.
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (weekdays). Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their potential.
Preferred:
RBT credential or 6+ months ABA experience. Bilingual skills. Pay & Benefits $23
  • 27/hr based on experience and credentials.
Paid training & RBT certification support. Mileage reimbursement. Flexible scheduling. Paid time off for eligible employees. Schedule Part-time with potential to grow into full-time. Afternoon and early evening availability required.
