We know firsthand the challenges and rewards of working in ABA. Our decisions are guided by what's best for clients and staff, not just the bottom line. What You'll Do Work 1:1 with clients in their home, school, or community setting. Implement individualized ABA programs designed by a BCBA. Collect and record session data using easy-to-use technology. Collaborate with your BCBA and receive regular supervision. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Full-time option available for those seeking more hours.

What We're Looking For Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (weekdays). Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their potential.

Preferred:

RBT credential or 6+ months ABA experience. Bilingual skills. Pay & Benefits $23
