Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school-based setting near Littlerock, CA. Key Qualifications:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, preferably in a school environment Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with students, staff, and families Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to delivering behavior interventions Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow individualized behavior intervention plans Organized and proactive in maintaining detailed session notes and data tracking Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior interventions under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Support students with a variety of behavioral, emotional, and social needs throughout the school day Collect and record data to monitor student progress and inform updated intervention strategies Provide crisis intervention as necessary, using approved procedures in a safe and respectful manner Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the school Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and family members regarding student progress This contract offers a chance to use your expertise in a supportive educational community, fostering positive changes for students and their families.
