Behavioral Aide
you'll play a hands-on role in helping children and adults with special needs thrive—academically, socially, and behaviorally. You'll partner with educators and behavioral specialists to create meaningful progress and celebrate every win along the way. If you love making a difference and working in a collaborative, supportive environment—this role is for you!
What You'll Do
+ Support students and clients in achieving educational and behavioral goals + Implement individualized behavior plans and learning strategies + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals + Track progress and celebrate milestones (big and small!) + Create a positive, encouraging environment where everyone can succeed
What You Bring
+ High school diploma (or equivalent) required + Bonus points for related experience + Current CPR certification + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable) + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be 18+ years old
