    • What You'll Do
    • + Provide
    • 1:1 or small group behavioral support
    • + Implement behavior plans under BCBA/program guidance + Assist with
    • academics and classroom activities
    • + Track student progress and behavior data + Support
    • social skill development
    • + Help with daily living needs and mobility (as needed) + Assist with toileting (as needed) + Assist during behavioral or crisis situations

    • You may work with students with: + Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) + ADHD / ADD + Down Syndrome + Cerebral Palsy + Learning disabilities + Other developmental or behavioral needs

    • Requirements
    • + 18+ years old + High school diploma (or equivalent) + CPR certification _(we can help you obtain this)_ + TB test within 90 days _(we can help here too)_ + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Must have experience working with children - preferred experience in the school setting
