Our team of physicians, therapists, psychologists, and BCBAs provides a high, strength-based standard of care that empowers families from infancy through the teenage years. Our Behavior Team delivers evidence-based therapies—including ABA, Social Skills Groups, Early Intervention, and Caregiver Training—across home, school, clinic, and community settings. While we serve all levels of autism, we specialize in a highly flexible, accessible care model tailored for children with Level 1 Autism and ADHD. We bridge a critical gap in care by specifically supporting families who either do not meet the strict hourly minimums required by traditional ABA companies or are currently stuck on traditional service waitlists. We utilize Naturalistic Behavioral Interventions delivered by a small, highly dedicated team of professionals.
True Collaboration:
We host weekly Behavior Team and Coordination of Care meetings to ensure a cohesive, supported work environment.
Paid Drive Time:
Travel is fully covered, including paid drive time from the clinic to clients and to your first and last sessions of the day.
Full Reimbursement:
We provide comprehensive mileage and drive compensation.
Competitive Pay:
Compensation is highly competitive and scales based on your education and experience.
BCBA RESPONSIBILITIES
Managed and supervised clinical staff. Performed behavioral and functional assessments. Developed and monitored Individualized Treatment Plans and Behavior Support Plans. Provided weekly caregiver training to support skill generalization. Submit and maintain accurate authorizations and schedules for all assigned cases. Onboarded and assisted with training new employees. Communication with parents via Central Reach Portal and RingCentral Schedule management to ensure that supervision and parent training goals are met. Conducted weekly check-ins and report to the Clinical Supervisor. Attended weekly BCBA, clinical team, and staff meetings.
BCBA Pay:
$70-$80 Direct Rate $45 Non-Direct Rate $24 Drive Rate Drive time is paid from clinic to client, including the first and last client of the day.
BCBA Requirements:
3 years of experience as a BCBA in School, Home, and Clinic Settings 3 years of experience supervising RBT's via telehealth and in-person Experience delivering Naturalistic Behavior Therapies (PRT, ESDM, Incidental Teaching) Experience delivering Early Intervention Services Masters Degree BCBA Certification US work authorization (Required) Background Check Must provide proof of immunity to
COVID-19
; Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis AND documentation of physical ability to perform services prior to employment in accordance with company policy Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and other community settings to provide services
