POSITION SUMMARY
Position will be responsible for providing direct individualized behavior intervention services (ABA) to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in settings such as clinic, school and community. They will implement skills acquisition programs under the direct supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, collect data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs, complete session notes and various administrative duties in addition to attending meetings/training. Behavior Technicians will undergo supervision on a regular basis and meet with supervisors accordingly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Follow all company rules and regulations as outlined in the Company Handbook Implement individualized 1:1 behavior intervention services (ABA) Implement various whole group activities Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or supervising staff Follow teaching protocols Record baseline, acquisition, maintenance and behavior data Assist other team members with case transitions/changes including shadowing and training Follow company protocol required for toileting related skills/plans Review and implement supervision and clinical note recommendations Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client treatment Commitment to maintain client and family confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment Demonstrate flexibility within the role in regards to case coverage, daily roles and during the duration of the work day in order to ensure effective teamwork and sharing of responsibilities Put away all your belongings including clipboards with data sheets in their appropriate location at the end of the day Complete assigned administrative duties in a shared workspace Attend and participate in clinical team meetings/trainings/professional development sessions with staff and other paraprofessionals Effectively and respectfully communicate verbally and in written correspondence Possess excellent interpersonal skills while maintaining boundaries Strictly follow BACB Guidelines Complete mandatory trainings and staff development trainings on an as needed basis Properly report all critical incidents and safety concerns regarding clients receiving services and complete corresponding documentation Ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established organizational procedures Respond to all communication requests via email/text/phone call/Remind messages in a timely manner (no longer than 24 hours) Model and promote good communication and a positive representation of the organization to clients, their families, other paraprofessionals and to the public Other responsibilities as requested by the Clinical Director or supervising BCBA Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

) High School Diploma required 1-2 years related working experience Successfully pass a background check Valid and current California driver's license, proof of coverage on employee's personal automobile Reliable transportation and a good driving record•
