Pay:
Starting at $20.00 per hour (up to $24.00 based on experience)
Locations:
School & Community-Based in Los Angeles & San Fernando Valley Part-Time (under 20 hours) & Full-Time (30-39 hours/week) Looking to Start a Career in ABA? Our Behavior Technicians are valued members of the team — not just assigned to cases and left on their own. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and community settings Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate session data Complete session notes Communicate regularly with supervisors Work closely with BCBAs, program managers, and fellow team members in a collaborative model designed to support meaningful client progress and provide hands-on mentorship for Behavior Technicians. You will receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA. Qualifications High school diploma required Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Experience working with children strongly preferred Strong communication skills RBT Training Requirement Applicants without prior BT experience must complete the required 40-hour RBT training prior to their start date. This is an industry-wide certification requirement and is not compensated. Completion of the course is not required to apply or interview.
