IECP is an established and respected partner to school districts and families having provided quality services to over 100 school districts and thousands of children. We are hoping to find new staff with a passion and commitment to make inclusion a reality and to improve the lives of the children we support! IECP has a Full Time Supervisory position available for schools located in areas including West LA, South/Central LA, and regions nearby LAX.
Job requirements include:
A desire to learn, contribute, and to make the world a better place A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences. A firm belief in neurodiversity and that ALL children benefit from being together and having shared experiences. A Master degree is required. The addition of a Teaching Credential and/or BCBA is preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Supports, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies. Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to create effective change. Time management and organizational skills. Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check), cleared TB screening and reliable transportation are all requirements of this position . IECP offers competitive salary and paid training to candidates who are offered a position with our agency.
