Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Prior experience working in schools or educational environments preferred Knowledge of current behavior intervention techniques and best practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality Ability to develop and implement functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop/monitor intervention plans to support student learning and social-emotional growth Provide direct, consultative, and training services to staff and families to build capacity in behavior management Collect and analyze data, adjusting strategies to ensure progress toward student goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in IEP meetings and other student support settings Offer guidance on positive behavior supports, classroom management, and evidence-based practices Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with requirements
