Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) A growing educational support team in the Merced area is looking for a motivated and student-focused BCBA to provide behavioral consultation and support services within a school-based setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and creating positive outcomes for students through evidence-based practices. The BCBA will work alongside educators, support staff, and families to develop effective behavior strategies that encourage student success across academic and social environments. What You'll Be Responsible For Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs Provide coaching and guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during meetings and student planning discussions Support crisis prevention and behavior management strategies Maintain accurate and timely service documentation Promote positive behavioral practices throughout the school environment Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings preferred Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques and data collection methods Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills What's Offered Competitive compensation package Supportive and collaborative work culture School schedule with work-life balance opportunities Professional development and continuing education support Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the student community To Apply Please submit the following through email to morgan.stuart@procaretherapy.
