Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with special needs, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior support plans
  • Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Experience:
  • Passionate about working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of special education principles and practices
  • Familiarity with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
