Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Merced, CA for
SY 26-27.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with the ability to conduct patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices. Starting July 20,2026. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize medical terminology and documentation skills to maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and recommend appropriate interventions. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to care. Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices. Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of behavioral analysis. Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts and special education practices. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical documentation processes and medical records management. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. A patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving client outcomes through compassionate care.Responsibilities:
