The RBT implements individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), skill-acquisition programs, and support strategies designed to improve student behavior, communication, social skills, and independence in educational settings. The RBT assists the BST by collecting data, implementing interventions, and supporting crisis-prevention strategies.
