Are you an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a rewarding ABA role with flexibility and strong clinical support? Alongside ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Temecula, CA, to provide high‑quality, one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental differences. In this role, you'll work directly with clients in clinic and home‑based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll collect session data, follow evidence‑based practices, and support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.Pay :

Responsibilities Work effectively in school, home or clinic settings while adapting strategies to each environment Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus) Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team members Participate in required training sessions, team meetings and supervision hours Support the generalization of client skills across multiple settings and caregivers Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standards Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Ability to work 10 - 40 hours / week Valid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportation Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, take a TB test, and show proof of required vaccinations during our onboarding. Costs will be reimbursed with the first regular payroll.
