Job Description

Make a Difference as an RBT in Nevada! We are currently seeking multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Nevada to join our expanding ABA team. If you are passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping them develop essential life skills, this opportunity offers a meaningful and rewarding career path in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an RBT in Nevada, you will provide direct behavioral services to clients while working closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA therapy services throughout Nevada. What You'll Do Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Nevada. Follow individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by BCBAs. Accurately collect, document, and report client progress data. Teach communication, social, adaptive, and functional living skills. Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies to support positive outcomes. Partner with families and clinical teams to promote consistent progress and success. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide services within Nevada and travel to client locations as needed. Why Join Us?
