Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this vital role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve their fullest potential through innovative behavioral strategies and compassionate patient care. Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate with families, educators, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality. Participate in intake assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings for comprehensive patient evaluation. Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress effectively. Excellent patient assessment abilities with a focus on behavioral health diagnostics. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Ability to develop tailored intervention strategies rooted in special education principles. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empowering clients through positive reinforcement.
