What You'll Do Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and track behavior data Support skill development and behavior goals Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Complete session notes and documentation

What We're Looking For Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation + willingness to travel locally in cities surrounding Oakland (mileage reimbursed) Passion for working with children Willingness to complete RBT certification within 90 days ( we cover it! ) Ability to pass background clearance Negative TB test Physical screening clearance Mandated trainings Preferred (but not required): Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Education, or related field) Experience with children, ABA, or special needs Bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc.) Active CPR/First aid certification

Compensation & Perks Starting Pay:

Base Pay:
