- Collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning What You'll Do as a BT Work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or community settings Use play-based and structured strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Track progress and support milestone achievement Participate in ongoing training and supervision to build your skills What You Need to Apply High school diploma or GED required 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children (e.
g., babysitting, tutoring, daycare, teaching, or similar) Passion for working with children and helping them grow Willingness to learn ABA strategies and follow clinical guidance Reliable transportation to client homes, schools, or community settings BT Compensation & Career Advancement Program We are committed to your growth and long-term success:
