Teaching Full Job Description Location:
Fairfield, CA and/or Mill Valley, CA Other Cases available if willing to travel. 50% Hybrid/off-site (Must be available for 50% on-site)
Qualifications:
  • Must possess MA/MS in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Education, Sociology, Physical Medicine, Speech Language Pathology, or a related field.
  • Higher Compensation for applicants holding certifications or licensure in Behavior Analysis, Education, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human services role working with individuals with special needs preferred.

Residential/Group Home Settings & Community Description:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Adaptive Living Skills Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Independent Living Skills (ILS), Adaptive Daily Living (ADL), and support programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessment of client needs; development of individualized goals and support plans; report writing; staff training, coaching, and supervision; creation and oversight of data collection systems; program monitoring; quality assurance activities; and family, caregiver, and interdisciplinary team training. Individuals who possess the appropriate qualifications and credentials may also supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct behavioral assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide behavior analytic consultation, and perform other ABA supervisory duties consistent with applicable laws, regulations, payer requirements, and professional standards.
  • Must pass background check.
Schedule:
Varies. Average of 5+ hours per week depending on caseload size and credentials/qualifications held. Possibility of growth into a full-time position if desired.
Compensation:
$50-75/hr
