Job Description

Behavior Technician with language development experience/background sought. This is perfect for an experienced and stable/dependable BT whose looking to continue to do what they love or looking to get trained and experience in moving up in the field. You will be working directly with the BCBA in a small practice setting. Must be willing to travel to surrounding areas. BONUS $200 for those already possessing their RBT. If in a BCBA program, potential for an increased of salary after 3 months of employment. Starting Pay is 25 an hour with bonus opportunities up to 30 an hr after 3 months of employment. After 6 months of employment, RBT will be eligible to earn additional bonuses up to 35 an hour. Those new to the field to the ABA field are eligible to apply if planning to career in ABA or Special Education. Training rate will be at 20 an hr until training is completed and moved to BT rate of 25 an hour. Must have experience working with children. Zero tolerance for toxic/passive aggressive behaviors.   • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or Related Field
  • Enrolled in Master's Program (Preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred. Can be acquired after hired.
