Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A full-time BCBA position is available in Baldwin Park, California, offering an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a supportive school environment. This contract role focuses on implementing behavioral interventions and working closely with students to support their developmental and educational goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to design and monitor progress toward behavioral goals. Provide ongoing consultation and training for school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed. Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Experience working in school settings, preferably with children and adolescents. Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.Location:
