What We Offer:
Monday - Friday Weekly Pay Competitive Pay Rates - $23-27/hr (varies on experience) Paid Training Responsibilities As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Implement Behavior Plans:
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervisingBCBA Behavioral Support Strategies:
Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniques to support clientsData Collection & Documentation:
Accurately track client progress and submit session notes in compliance with UTC policiesClient Engagement:
Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvementCollaboration:
Work closely with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency in intervention across all settingsChallenging Behaviors:
Manage and address challenging behaviors according to individualized behavior plans and trainingConfidentiality & Professionalism:
