At Spectrum Behavioral Therapies, we support children, teens, and young adults with autism and developmental delays as they build the skills they need to communicate, learn, and grow with confidence. We work closely with families to create individualized ABA therapy programs in Orange County that strengthen social, communication, school-readiness, daily living, and independence skills with the goal of helping each child make meaningful progress in a way that honors their unique strengths and needs. Compensation :
$80,000 to $95,000

Career Growth:
Clinical Supervisors have a clear attainable path to Senior BCBA and Clinical Director roles, with structured leadership development and mentorship from senior clinicians. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 clients Provide supervision for BTs in the home, school, and community Collaborate effectively with other service providers Write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and on-going treatment plans Meet with BTs quarterly (check-ins) Lead clinical team meetings and collaborate with caregivers Conduct parent training sessions to address individualized parent goals Provide initial and ongoing training and supervision to BTs on assigned cases. Create individualized treatment plans for each child Analyze data and frequently modify intervention plans Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, as needed

Skills & Qualifications Required:
Active BCBA Certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance Pass criminal background check and TB test
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of supervision experience (i.e., program design and modification, behavior management experience, parent training, staff training/management, etc.) Experience managing a caseload in a clinic or home-based setting Extensive knowledge of ABA principles and strategies (i.e., Discrete Trial Training- DTT, Natural Environment Training- NET, Verbal Behavior, etc.) Experience with conducting assessments (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessments, Vineland, etc.) Experience with writing treatment plans (i.e., Initial report, treatment plan updates, etc.) We're more than just an ABA company—we're committed to providing high-quality, individualized programs that help children and their families thrive.
