Seeking candidates with demonstrated school experience who can effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while contributing to a proactive, student-centered environment. Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification. Prior experience working in a school environment. Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, assessment, and intervention. Confident in supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Effective communication and collaboration skills, working with educators, students, and families. Professional flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students. Oversee, support, and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery. Train and collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness. Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and provide consultative services as needed.
